Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and secure it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
